Our site will calculate shipping charges for you automatically during the checkout process, and you do not need to buy anything to see these charges. The shipping costs are calculated based on the carton weight and dimensions of each product, and the costs are then combined to determine the total shipping cost.
All ship via UPS or Fed Ex. Stock Items ship out within 24-48 hours upon receipt of order (not including weekends or holidays) Non-stock items 3-8 weeks or as specified. ETA will be emailed to you once you place your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and no order cancellations or refunds due to COVID-19, weather or other shipping delays beyond R&R’s control. Orders are drop shipped from the factory direct to you. There is a factory handling fee for any orders under $50.00.
30 days of invoice date with approved RMA#. (RMA# must written on the outside of box) Please email or text for your RMA #. A 25% Handling/Restocking charge will be applied to all returns. Custom made/Special orders are not subject to return. Orders can not be cancelled. No refund on shipping. Customer responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
